Robert Berluti, a partner, practices all aspects of civil litigation. He has extensive experience in jury and bench trials of all forms of business and employment disputes. He secured the largest Massachusetts jury verdict ever recorded in an age discrimination case. His clients include large and small businesses in diverse industries. He has tried cases in state and federal courts including the United States Tax Court and has appeared in trial and appellate courts in Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut and New Hampshire. He advises clients in all aspects of employment law, contract, shareholder, real estate and intellectual property disputes including non compete agreements. He also represents individuals in serious personal injury cases and probate litigation such as will contests. Mr. Berluti has extensive experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution and before state and federal administrative agencies including the Internal Revenue Service.

Mr. Berluti is member of the Massachusetts, New York and New Hampshire bars. Martindale-Hubbell awarded him an "AV" rating, the highest accolade from a select group of attorneys who have been recognized by their peers for both legal expertise and high ethical standards. Law and Politics Magazine in a poll of Massachusetts Lawyers selected Mr. Berluti as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in 2005 and 2007.

Mr. Berluti holds a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University, a Master of Laws in Taxation from Boston University Law School, an M.B.A. from the Boston University Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University. He has been published in the Massachusetts Law Quarterly.

Mr. Berluti lives with his wife, Michelle, and four sons in Westwood, Massachusetts where he coaches youth baseball, football and basketball.
