Ms. Kramer represents closely held and family owned businesses in all stages of business formation and transactional issues, from guiding clients in choosing the best business entity to providing strategic planning for the acquisition, sale and merger of closely held and family owned businesses. Kim is also experienced in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions including leasing and purchases and sales. She has represented several clients in the development of major condominium projects from the acquisition of land, through design and construction, to the formation of a condominium association and the sales of individual units.
Ms. Kramer is a member of the Boston Bar Association and is on the Board of Directors of the Boston Women's Network. She received a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law in 1997, where she served on its cooperative law journal, the Forum. She received a Bachelor of Science in French with an emphasis in business from the Pennsylvania State University in 1994.

- Representing a local company in the negotiation of a lease for waterfront space including substantial renovation and build-out rights.
- Representing the owner of a well known day-care center in the expansion of her business including the negotiation of leases and equity arrangements with partners.
- Representing the management team in the buy-out of a division of an international recreational products company.
- Representing a local technology company from formation, to the negotiation of its lease for laboratory space to negotiation of various joint ventures and industry contracts.
- Representing a local real estate development firm in various leasing matters.
- Representing local business owners in connection with day-to-day corporate governance matters, real estate acquisitions and the transfer of their businesses to third parties or the next generation.
