Kathryn Marshall joined the firm as an Associate in 2006. She practices with the firm's civil litigation team, focusing on business and employment litigation. Prior to joining Berluti & McLaughlin, she served two years as a law clerk to the Massachusetts Superior Court, assisting the Justices in all phases of both civil and criminal litigation.

Attorney Marshall is a member of the Massachusetts Bar. She is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.

Ms. Marshall received a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 2003. She graduated magna cum laude with of Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University in 2000.
