Litigation Associate

Berluti & McLaughlin LLC seeks an experienced litigation associate with 7+ years of experience for a partnership track opportunity. The successful candidate will be aggressive, be able to work independently and efficiently in managing case load. Criteria includes top academic credentials, writing experience in law school publications, prior work experience in motion practice, assisting in trials and drafting pre-trial documents, including complaints, written discovery, memoranda and motions and excellent advocacy skills. This position includes direct client contact. Portable billings a significant plus. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
