Sexual Harassment
The most common form of sexual harassment claims being litigated today are "hostile work environment" claims involving allegations that an employee has been subjected to an intimidating, humiliating or sexually offensive work environment. Companies are held strictly liable for the conduct of their supervisory employees; and managers can be found individually liable for creating or contributing to a sexually harassing environment.
